As a result of the recently introduced changes to the import tariff requirements set out in US Executive Order 14324, Australia Post has joined a number of international postal operators to temporarily suspend partial postal services to the United States (US) and Puerto Rico, effective immediately until further notice.
We have only just received word from Australia Post this morning on this temporary suspension of services to the US. We are sorry to be the bearer of bad news. We value and appreciate our customers over there in the States and hopefully this situation can be resolved sooner rather than later and shipping will resume to the USA.
