China's most advanced active main battle tank. Weighing roughly 55 tonnes, it combines a Soviet-influenced chassis lineage with domestic digital fire control, a 1,500-horsepower diesel engine, composite and explosive reactive armor (ERA), and a 125mm smoothbore main gun.
